David has formidable experience in the protein, beverage, dairy and processed food sectors where his microbiological expertise is often called on to trouble-shoot contamination issues and support/lead food safety risk assessments.

If you are on a microbe manhunt and in need of a forensic bug whisperer due to a pathogen detection or grappling with a shelf-life problem, David can bring his expertise to the fore.

He heads up the NZ Regional Section of the European Hygienic and Engineering Design Group (EHEDG) which often sees him training the next generation of preventive food safety experts.
